This Tuesday was quite a success, as yet again we filled the small "reserved" area we have in the bar. Quite a lot of people came, mostly the usual ones, but we also had some new faces!
I was surprised to see an old friend of mine make an appearance for the first time in the exchange (David) and we had some laughs.
A lot of English was spoken, which is good, but we still have to improve that, because at some points, some people gave up and just started speaking Spanish or Galician (myself included sadly) so that is something which we will have to look at.
Also, we had Taylor from Boston back in the exchange and that was nice, because it's always good to have a native speaker to practice with. She also mentioned that next week another native will be coming!! That's great news!!
Finally, I took some pictures, and this is the one that came out best. Next week I'll probably borrow my mother's camera to take some better looking pics...;)

How you guys get on with the recent smoking-free policy? Are you guys breaking the low? I wish I could go to the "troco de linguas" but on Tuesdays I am busy. Anyways, have fun.
ResponderEliminarNothing has changed much really apart from the fact that whenever anyone has to smoke they have to go outside. That makes people smoke less which is a good thing.
